3. Ordering Ceramic Products
All pieces are handmade from stoneware (either on the wheel or by hand using the coil building technique) by Loredana Munteanu in her workshop in Bucharest.
Purchases are available 3-4 times per year (with no predetermined schedule). Each new stock is a carefully curated collection of pieces that combine functionality with uniqueness. A notification will be sent in advance to newsletter subscribers, inviting them to an offline event at the studio called OPEN DOORS STUDIO. The event lasts two days over a weekend, providing a visual and tactile experience and an introduction to the process and the artist.
Following the two-day offline event, the page dedicated to ceramics is updated with the pieces remaining after the Open Doors Studio event, available for purchase online for seven days. Subsequently, the shop closes to allow for better concentration on developing the next collection.
Simultaneously, reservations for studio visits can be made by email throughout the year, where in-stock pieces are available for purchase. Additionally, requests for special and custom projects may be submitted.
4. Delivery, Payment, and Returns
As the shop operates only 3-4 times per year, payment is made via bank transfer (details are sent by email to the client once the desired piece has been selected). The items on the website display visible notifications of price, description, and availability. Items available for sale are in stock at the workshop and can be shipped the following day.
Returns are accepted ONLY if the item is defective or damaged during transport.
