Loredana Munteanu is an artist born in Galați and based in Bucharest, who has been working with clay since 2024.

She vividly remembers that while growing up, she questioned the meaning of life and tried to find her own place. Along the way, she experimented with sociology, cultural management, calligraphy, art history, textile painting, and set design, all the while feeling a sense of unease and fear about not finding inner peace.

Her journey with clay began in October 2024, when she found herself amazed by what could come out from a piece of earth shaped by her hands. Coming back home from the courses she attended, she took time to reflect on what the earth meant to her grandparents, or what it means to feel defined by the place you were born and everything that comes with that.

Fior Studio was officially founded in September 2025, when the first collection was launched. Using traditional materials such as wool and straw, Loredana aims to create an intimate dialogue between her roots, her childhood memories of the countryside, the fragility of life, growth, and the search for a new meaning.
